About Me

Teaching is my passion. I love sharing knowledge and helping people have light bulb moments about themselves, their bodies, their lives, and their spirituality. I want to know when I leave this planet that I have made a positive impact on the world one person at a time. -- Dennis Daniels

BIOGRAPHY

After spending 33 years as a dancer in show business, I began my pursuit into the healing arts starting with Massage Therapy. That led me to the Body Electric School where I began my exploration and understanding into the healing and balance of our 5 bodies: Physical; Intellectual; Emotional; Erotic; and Spiritual.

With the knowledge that healing was to be part of my life's journey, I realized how important it was for me to initiate my own healing path. Months of self-study and observation led me to recognize the ways in which we humans neglect one or more of our 5 Bodies and how that neglect can manifest in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual realities. When that happens, we often don't know what's wrong; we only know something needs to change. As we develop an awareness of the needs of our 5 bodies we can find where the imbalances are and take steps to heal them.

This philosophy is what let me to study at Red Lodge Longhouse. After teaching and coaching college students, dancers, and performers since the age of 12, I am now spreading my knowledge and healing of the 5 Bodies through my massage therapy, yoga, ceremony, and shamanism.

We all have a purpose in life and mine is teaching others to understand, heal, and celebrate who they are. I love sharing knowledge and helping people have light bulb moments about themselves, their bodies, their lives, their spirituality, and celebrate who they are with joy! I want to know when my time is up on this planet that I have made a positive impact on the world one person at a time. Teaching and helping others is my passion!!!
